This project is a design and build contract by Q Developments Ltd who acquired a site adjacent to the Shaftesbury Park Estate Conservation Area, Battersea. The scheme comprises of five Shaftesbury Estate style terrace houses with contemporary designed interiors and gardens but with traditional style exteriors to match the architectural style of houses in the surrounding area.

Prior to building work commencing, Craftstone and Q Development’s in-house architect worked closely to design bespoke cast stone units for the front and back of the houses. A white Portland stone finish was chosen to best complement the pale brick walls and highlight doors and windows.
